AtlantiCare is seeking a marketing professional, who has at least 10 years of experience in advertising and/or managing the marketing of multiple service lines or product brands, to join our team.
Responsibilities: • Lead a team of strategists and specialists in designing and executing annual integrated marketing and communications plans for the overall AtlantiCare organization and individual business units/teams. • Work closely with AVP of Marketing & Communications to keep plans connected to organizational priorities. • Will be the primary point of contact for priority internal service line clients, as well as cultivating and owning relationships with AVP-level executives. • Strategize planning cycle with internal service line clients; schedule and lead regular meetings with them throughout the year. • Work closely with Marketing and Communications team, along with agency partners, to build highly effective, comprehensive, data-driven plans for AtlantiCare service line clients. • Lead the team responsible for the execution of strategies and tactics; provide direction and approvals to direct reports to ensure that team members responsible for execution of the work can move forward. • Deliver work on time and on budget; hold individual team members accountable for their pieces of the overarching plan. • Provide ongoing reporting to clients and demonstrate ROI for campaigns and tactics. • Supervise other marketing and communication employees as assigned, and ensure execution of specific marketing tactics to support plans. • Supervise vendors contracted to provide marketing services. • Support organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts, and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field. • MBA preferred. • 10 years' experience in advertising and/or managing the marketing of multiple service lines or product brands. • Healthcare experience preferred. • Valid driver's license and insurability through AtlantiCare Fleet Policy and provisions. • Knowledge of strategic planning initiatives. • Knowledge of marketing processes/operations, including experience working with advertising and media agencies. • Strong project management, interpersonal, writing, organizational, communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency with computer applications. • Supervisory experience. • Public relations experience preferred.
