As an Inside Sales Account Executive / Bilingual Spanish Inside Sales Account Executive, your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. From the first contact, until you close the deal, you will use your communication skills to collaborate with business owners to create online marketing solutions. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. You will be accountable for achieving and exceeding sales goals. If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
Study to become an expert in Digital Marketing products and solutions
Prospect new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients
Listen to and understand the customers’ needs and requirements
Overcome sales objections
Close sales in a highly productive and competitive environment in order to achieve and exceed sales objectives
Explain complex technical concepts such as SEM, SEO, Online Display, mobile optimization etc.
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Follow up with clients to build a trusted advisor relationship

1-2 years of sales, marketing, or advertising experience
Motivation and ability to sell through high volume cold calling
Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, Online Display, and Social marketing
Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations
Understanding of sales performance metrics along with track record of achieving sales quotas
Strong work ethic and highly motivated
Self-disciplined to work independently
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to sit/stand 8 hours per day
Successful completion of a background check
These aren’t required, but it’d be great if you have them:
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Advertising
Additional Salary Information: Base plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities
