We are currently seeking a Vice President, Marketing and Business Development to join our team and play a key role in the continued growth and success of our organization. Your skills and experience will be put to the test to develop marketing programs to support our strategic direction and rich content marketing campaigns to drive member/customer engagement, SEO, and sales.
Specific responsibilities include:
Providing leadership and support for the design, development and implementation of marketing and communications for products and service lines.
Developing annual marketing plans and campaigns in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
Directing implementation and execution of marketing and sales policies and practices.
Overseeing corporate communications and public relations programs, positioning IREM, its products and programs, and its leaders as industry essentials, thought leaders, and experts.
Ensuring marketing communications are coordinated corporate-wide, support marketing plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements.
Overseeing corporate business development.
Providing leadership in the development of vendor partnership arrangements.
Overseeing and directing market research and competitor analyses
Overseeing digital marketing processes, from ad and content creation, creative and landing page testing, to campaign analysis and optimization.
Ensuring the continued building of the IREM brand through all marketing channels.

What We Need From You
To be considered for this challenging role, we require a minimum of 10 years of related professional experience. Experience building a brand through direct marketing tactics as well as grassroots initiatives are a must as is experience with managing corporate programs and partnerships. We also need you to have experience with analytics and marketing tools and know how to integrate public relations and social media platforms.
