ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide liaison services between CHHS and referral sources in order to satisfy referral source needs, i.e. program information, problem-solving, service recovery, in-services/trainings, tours, and conferences.
Determine potential needs and demands for services, regardless of whether they are currently provided by CHHS.
Follow up on admissions and account activity.Use contacts to network and develop new referral sources.
Continually monitor competitor information and services.
Implement and conduct pre-qualified sales calls/contacts (40-45 per week). Rotate weekend marketing responsibilities with partner.
Attend and participate in Business Development team meetings.
Submit weekly sales call reports and monthly activity schedule.
Maintain records, reports, and statistics as needed.
Adhere to established facility and departmental policies, procedures, objectives, and performance standards
Promote a positive work environment and positive guest relations.
Communicate referral source needs and information that would be helpful to the Admissions/Management team
Assume and/or perform additional duties as requested.
