Warner University is searching for its next Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing. The Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing is responsible for providing leadership and coordination for a comprehensive enrollment management strategy that is consistent with the goals, mission, and resources of Warner University. The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the execution of an annual comprehensive enrollment plan with appropriate goals that include strategies to recruit and enroll students for all university programs.
Coordinate and lead the work of the Admissions, Enrollment Management, Financial Aid, Marketing, Registrar, Royal Services and Student Financial Services departments in support of institutional goals.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan.
Develop recruitment, admissions, financial aid and marketing initiatives to ensure student access to and success at the university.
Collaborate with other university divisions to implement academic and student development goals, initiatives, standards, policies and procedures, and to achieve undergraduate and graduate enrollment goals.
Develop and monitor department budgets within the division.
Ensure that all admission, financial aid, registrar and recruiting operations are conducted in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and procedures.
Other duties as needed.
The successful candidate for the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing should demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Supportive of Warner’s mission, vision and core values, commitment to a Christian lifestyle, and demonstration of character in keeping with biblical models.
At least 10 years of experience in enrollment management with a proven record of leadership, business acumen and excellence in execution of enrollment management strategy and programs that produced desired results.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the enrollment management field.
Demonstrated ability to make strategic data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated understanding of branding and marketing strategies and tactics applicable to student recruitment in the digital marketplace.
Highly proficient in utilization of enrollment CRM systems, database management and reporting tools, and other contemporary technology tools.
