Design and roll out targeted marketing campaigns and customer events, to successfully differentiate franchise brand, and grow franchise customer base and revenue within budget. Prepare marketing proposals and issue all necessary documents to ensure timely execution of promotion programs, in compliance to established procedures.
Develop fit-for-purpose and competitive marketing offers and coordinate with different product teams to align, taking into account competitors' offers and move.
Conduct market and customer study leveraging primary and secondary research, to design programs that ensure top of mind and awareness in the market. Evaluate existing products or promotion result to ensure that the company remains competitive in the assigned market.
Deploy marketing support to frontline, closely monitor business results and conduct post-campaign evaluations to learn from experience and improve marketing effectiveness in future programs.
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, and other control functions to ensure compliance to Group and regulatory standards
University degree in Business or Marketing
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and/or product management of retail banking and wealth management products
Can work independently with minimal supervision as well as being a good team player
Flexible, adaptive to changes and able to work under pressure in a fast-pace business environment with competing priorities
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
