Create and implement a strategic, comprehensive and practical results-oriented external relations plan that advances the mission of the school. This includes: fundraising, constituent and community relations, marketing and communications.
Institutional Brand: Create and sustain a strong, focused brand image
Distinguish and promote the institutional brand across key audiences
Position the school as a leader in 21st century education
Identify and demonstrate value with proof points
Communications: Communicate through a clear, consistent voice
Develop and refine "core" messages to ensure organizational consistency and cultivate meaningful relationships with targeted audiences including donors, prospective families, peer schools and associations and community organizations.
Identify challenges and emerging issues faced by Chase. Recognize communications opportunities and solutions, and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them.
Marketing and Advertising: Utilize traditional, digital and emerging tools to promote the School
Execute a strategic, integrated cross-platform marketing plan utilizing the Five Pillars paradigm
Ensure strategic advertising placement
Use key analytics to guide decision making.
Digital & Conventional Media: Ensure consistent and deliberate message across all media
Develop and implement strategies that attract prospective families and lead them to take action
Manage Search Engine Optimization initiatives and strategies.
Develop thought leadership opportunities to further the school’s reputation and reach
Manage expert article placement
Connect fundraising and engagement messaging and efforts with the School’s overall branding and marketing
Create allies and strengthen key relationships, marketing efforts and the School’s brand.
Produce cross-constituent communications - Magpie, Annual Report, Blog
Develop programs and initiatives that improve the customer (constituent) experience
Manage crisis communications
