Description: Develop and implement semester goals for Emerson Channel promotions. Streamline and facilitate overall promotional goals through communications with Emerson Channel producers and staff. Maintain the image and visual aesthetic and integrity of the Emerson Channel. Oversee and staff Emerson Channel promotional campaigns and ensure that deadlines and development goals are met. Manage Emerson Channel Promotions Department staff. Maintain social media pages for the Emerson Channel and its sub-brands. Work with Marketing Associate team to expand the social media presence as appropriate. Conceive, create and distribute marketing materials working with the Creative Design team. Attend weekly staff meetings, other duties as assigned. The Director of Marketing reports to the Emerson Channel Manager.
Required Knowledge: Very strong written communication skills, and the ability to effectively capture and replicate the brand voice. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Needs to be a team player. Social media expert. Strong grasp of marketing and promotional strategies. Highly organized, responsible, and reliable.
